The Toronto Bruce Trail Club invites applications for a new Trail Director (TD). If you are interested in this great opportunity to help “preserve a ribbon of wilderness, for everyone, forever” we invite you to submit a statement of interest to David Royle, Chair of the Nominating Committee by July 18 at dhjroyle@gmail.com. The successful candidate is well organized, can manage volunteers, and knows a thing or two about building and maintaining trails, boardwalks, and bridges. The TD should be comfortable distributing tasks to other supporting volunteers. A full description of the TD’s responsibilities is available in the attached document. The TD’s term, like all TBTC board positions, is for a maximum of 5 years. Since the current TD is in her 4th year, the new TD will benefit from several months of cross-training.
