Interested in hiking but need to know how to get started? We are partnering with MEC North York to present Hiking 101 – what to expect, and how to gear up for your first hike. We will also be sharing information about organized hikes on the Bruce Trail.

Bruce Trail End to End Planning
The Toronto Bruce Trail Club’s own Monica Pasquali recently finished her E2E of the Bruce Trail. She’ll give a talk about E2E planning, including what she wishes she knew when she started.

Bruce Trail Day (Toronto)
Bruce Trail Day is an annual celebration of the Bruce Trail and the wonders of the Niagara Escarpment, hosted by the Bruce Trail Conservancy at each of its Bruce Trail Clubs.
In Toronto this year we’ll be hosting Hiking 101 and several hikes in the Evergreen Brick Works area. We’ll post more details soon, including timings and registrations for Hiking 101 and our guided hikes!

Bruce Trail Day (Halton Hills)
