The Halton-Hills Chapter of the Toronto Bruce Trail Club was founded in 2000 by Maureen Smith to facilitate local hiking enthusiasts. The core group members are energetic supporters of the Bruce Trail Conservancy and actively participate in the promotion of escarpment conservation and trail maintenance. This group hikes most Sundays and welcomes all to join them.
